Vitality Reiki was established in 2016, but I have been practicing Reiki since 2012. I am a Reiki Master and Teacher. Additionally I have significant experience with Aromatherapy theory, am a certified sound healer and practice tarot reading.
I use intuitive readings, aromatherapy, crystals, energy healing, sound therapy and chakra balancing in addition to Reiki in my practice to bring you the very best that “Ki” (Life force energy) has to offer.
In addition to my private practice, I also had the privilege to work with Mary Washington Healthcare to provide Reiki with the Integrative Medicine Team in Fredericksburg and Stafford, Virginia from 2017-2023.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is given by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki and other forms of energy healing have been practiced the world over for many millennia.
My Reiki Studio is located in my home in Fredericksburg, VA. This peaceful space was purposefully designed with your comfort in mind. Subtle lighting from the warm glow of candles and Himalayan salt lamp welcome you, while the warm, padded treatment table invites you to fully relax and let the world melt away.
